DRESS CODE
We recommend that visitors be wearing adequate clothing, that is to say, closed leather shoes (rubber soles) and trousers. We also recommend that visitors opt for dark colored clothing. We request that women avoid wearing high-heeled shoes and Capri pants.
SAFETY
Safety equipment will be handed to the visitors.
IMPORTANT
The use of cameras, filming equipment, notebooks and tape recorders is strictly prohibited.
LIMIT OF PARTICIPANTS
Due to company policy, there will be a limited number of visitors, who will be accepted by order of registration.
TRANSFER
There will be bus available.

We request that all participants adhere to the set timetable in order not to cause programming delays.

Registration in advance to the Seminar shall be accepted up to May 16th, 2007 - Wednesday, 5:00 pm. After this date and time, registration can be accepted only at the venue of the meeting.

• Form for payment: cash or credit card
• Payment is being made by a company, via a bank, the participant shall be required to presente a letter from said company, authorizing that payment.

PROOF OF REGISTRATION
Presentation of a photo I.D. shall be mandatory in order to receive the Seminar material at the venue of the meeting.

DISCOUNT
Registration of enploylee of companies associated to ABM shall be entitled to a 10% discount.
SUBSTITUTIONS
These must be submitted in writing, by mail, fax or e-mail. After May 16th, 2007, only substitutions shall be accepted. No-shows shall not be considered to imply automatic cancellation of any registration.
PRIZES AND PUBLICATIONS
The best papers presented at the Seminar by members of ABM, will be running for prizes awarded by CST (Steelmaking), MAGNESITA (Manufacture and use of refractory materials) and SIEMENS VAI (Environment), their technical contributions being published in the “Technical in Metalurgy and Materials” magazine, to be published in 2008.
All the copyrights and image will be yielded to ABM.
